Aklan provincial board denounces DPWH for Boracay Bridge award
ILOILO CITY — The Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Aklan on Wednesday, April 15, chided the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) after it greenlit the Boracay Bridge proposal of San Miguel Holdings Corporation.
