Air purifiers not HEPA-grade

SAN DIEGO — A federal court in California declined to toss class false advertising claims against Alen, an air purifier manufacturer that represented its products as being High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) grade products, when in fact they did not meet those requirements.
