This is the condition of Air India Express. You can see,” Amitava said while recording the video. Questioning the airline’s safety standards in the caption of his post, Amitava said, “Passengers are standing while the flight is moving. What kind of safety standards does @AirIndiaX follow on flight IX 1236?”Watch the video here: Responding to the post, Air India Express said it regretted any concern caused by the situation observed onboard the flight.“Hi Amitava, we sincerely regret any concern caused by the situation observed onboard flight IX 1236.
