AI startup Anthropic commits $100 billion to Amazon’s AWS over next 10 years

Artificial intelligence company Anthropic has signed a new agreement to commit more than $100 billion over the next 10 years to Amazon’s AWS cloud platform to train and run its Claude chatbot. As part of the deal, Amazon will immediately invest $5 billion in Anthropic and up to another $20 billion in the future, the companies announced Tuesday.
