The rider was also seen swerving the motorcycle around dangerously while the four men moved along the road. Watch the video here:The footage caught the attention of the Ellisbridge police, who acted on it and arrested all four youths on the morning of September 21. Inspector K.M. Bhuva of Ellisbridge police station said the riders - Ashok Thakor, Alkesh Kanojia and Mitesh Jhala, all residents of Ghee Kanta - were arrested after the video surfaced.Police initiated legal action by registering a case under Sections 281 and 125 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), along with Sections 177, 184 and 194(c) of the Motor Vehicles Act.The provisions relate to dangerous or negligent conduct that can put others at risk, causing hurt through a negligent act, disobeying traffic rules, dangerous driving and violating rules on the number of passengers allowed on a motorcycle.Legal action has now been initiated against the youths over the stunt.- EndsPublished By: Yashna TalwarPublished On: Sep 23, 2026 20:37 IST
