Durg: An H1N1 infection has been confirmed in a nearly three-year-old girl in Chhattisgarh's Durg district, officials said on Sunday.The girl, aged two years and 11 months, is undergoing treatment at a private hospital, they said.According to senior health officials, the girl's family took her to the hospital after she developed a cold and fever. Suspecting swine flu, doctors conducted tests which confirmed H1N1 infection.The girl has been admitted to an isolation ward and is under close medical observation, officials said, adding that her condition is currently stable and she is out of danger.The health department is also monitoring her family members for any symptoms.Seasonal influenza, including H1N1, is mostly self-limiting.
