They allegedly took the teen back to their flat, where they plied her with booze. Then when she fell unconscious, the men attacked, prosecutors said. Public prosecutor Fabian Weishaupt told Bild: “During the night, the witness lost consciousness as a result of alcohol consumption. “The defendants then took advantage of this condition.” The men are charged with sexual assault, bodily harm and producing child pornography. A horror video filmed on one of the alleged rapists’ phones showed all three of the men laughing, cops said. Most read in The Sun Police said the trio repeatedly abused the defenceless girl. All three defendants were already known to police, Bild reported. Quais is reportedly known to cops for drug offenses, robbery, and assaulting law enforcement officers. Burhanulla is known for drug trafficking and robbery, Bild reported. Kambiz has reportedly been linked to assault and threats. The men remained silent in court and are considering whether to comment on the charges. Cops will then show the video footage of the alleged offence. On the third day of the trial, their alleged victim is set to take the stand.
