Adobe faces some subscription class claims

SAN JOSE, Calif. — A California federal court partially denied Adobe’s motion to dismiss class claims brought by consumers who say the company uses unfair and unlawful tactics in how they manage the terms and conditions for its software offerings, such as making it needlessly difficult to cancel a subscription.
