He said the illness led to a loss of muscle and strength, while also expressing confidence about getting back to his fitness routine.Using his Instagram Story, Pulkit shared a picture of himself lying in bed and wrote about the setback he has faced after the illness. His post centred on the effect malaria had on his body and his determination to recover.In the caption, he wrote, "Malaria took a little more out of me than I expected. Lost 2.5 kg of muscle and a fair bit of strength. But I know this body. We've built it before. We'll build it again (sic)."
