Eventually, the couple received a text, prompting Mary to check the company online before calling back.She said: ‘They texted me, so I checked them out online, I thought I’d better call back. Thank goodness I did.’The new property comes with panoramic sea views, floor-to-ceiling windows, a swimming pool, stables and direct access to Porthbeer Cove.The couple said: ‘We can’t wait to host Christmas here with all the family.’
