It overlooks the river and I’ll slightly guiltily — I’m an evening exerciser — watch the joggers run by while gathering my thoughts for the day.I’m not much of a breakfast person. My trick is to have two good meals daily: lunch and dinner. I eat healthily and to keep in shape, avoiding snacks and ensuring a balance between healthy carbohydrates and protein.Sport and exercise are a large part of my life.
