9th Circuit revives class action over Target bed sheets

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit reversed the lower court’s dismissal of a putative class action against Target, which sold 100% cotton bed sheets claiming thread counts of 600 or more, which is impossible to achieve with 100% cotton textile.
