9th Circuit revives antitrust suit over Invisalign

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit found a California federal court improperly granted summary judgment in favor of the company behind Invisalign and the handheld intraoral scanner iTero, which allegedly aimed to “monopolize the aligner and scanner markets” by terminating its interoperability agreement with TRIOS, a competing scanner.
