'90 Day Fiancé' Star Thais Ramone Patrick's Affair Claims Were Legal Error!!! "90 Day Fiancé" star Thais Ramone is firing back at estranged husband Patrick Mendes' recent court claims ... with her lawyer saying a motion containing inaccurate allegations about alleged marital misconduct is now being pulled. Thais' attorney, Carmen Marisol, tells TMZ ... a motion filed earlier this week contained inaccurate factual allegations concerning alleged marital misconduct, and says Patrick's counsel has acknowledged those statements "were included in error." She says both sides agreed the motion will be stricken. The development comes one day after TMZ reported Patrick claimed in court docs he discovered Thais was having an affair around April 2026, and alleged she later demanded he leave their marital home. Thais' attorney says the former couple appeared in court Friday and mutually agreed to participate in Family Mediation Center services in hopes of resolving their custody dispute amicably. As a result, they agreed to vacate Friday's scheduled hearing. Patrick previously sought sole legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Aleesi, before later requesting joint custody. Dominique Enchinton, Thais' manager, tells TMZ ... Thais has remained focused on her daughter and has no interest in publicly battling over private family matters. Dominique adds, however, Thais won't allow false or defamatory statements to go unanswered ... warning she may pursue legal remedies if inaccurate or defamatory claims about her continue to be publicly disseminated. As we reported, Thais was arrested earlier this year following a domestic dispute with Patrick. Police bodycam footage showed her being taken into custody. Patrick accused her of slapping him, according to the police report. The charge was later dropped.
