I do not write about all offers that are available -- instead focusing on miles, points, and cash back (and currencies that can be converted into the same). Terms apply to the offers and benefits listed on this page.Rove is offering 5,000 bonus miles on your first hotel booking of $500 or more using promo code LGTTP or POINTWISE. That’s on top of the miles you normally earn for the reservation (and the points from the credit card spend). At exactly $500, the promotion adds another 10 miles per dollar. I usually get around 1.5 cents apiece redeeming Rove miles for hotels, so that’s worthabout $75 in travel or an extra 15% back on a $500 booking. Plus with their Loyalty Eligible rates you’d still earn points and elite status credit in the hotel program and elite recognition with the stay. Rove is a standalone rewards program: you earn miles through travel bookings, shopping, dining and gift cards, and can redeem them for travel or transfer them to airline and hotel programs. To take advantage: Join Rove or sign into your existing account. Make your first hotel booking through Rove, costing at least $500. An existing account can qualify if you haven’t booked a hotel through them before. Enter LGTTP or POINTWISE at checkout. Both codes are reported working as of October 31 though LGTTP originally listed a June 30 deadline. The miles transfer to programs including Air Canada Aeroplan, Air France KLM Flying Blue, Japan Airlines Mileage Bank, Lufthansa Miles & More and Qatar Airways Privilege Club. Rove also recently added JetBlue. Posting time depends on the rate. Base miles from nonrefundable Rove Rates post immediately, while refundable rates post within a day after checkout. Loyalty Eligible bookings take 8–12 weeks after checkout.
