5 Wounded in Russian Strikes on Dnipropetrovsk Region

Civilian infrastructure, including apartment buildings, private homes and supermarkets, sustained damage.An 80-year-old man was hospitalized in serious condition, while a 70-year-old woman was taken to hospital in moderate condition. According to Hanzha, a 48-year-old man was also injured and will receive outpatient treatment.The Zelenodolsk community in the Kryvyi Rih district was also targeted, damaging private homes, a vehicle and infrastructure.Russian forces hit the Vasylkivka and Pokrovske communities in the Synelnykove district, where a sports school, administrative buildings, homes and vehicles were damaged.Fires were reported in the Pavlohrad district.Air defenses activatedIn a follow-up statement, Hanzha said loud explosions heard in Dnipro were caused by Ukrainian air defense operations.
