$5 000 bail for indecent assault accused

A 25-year-old general worker charged with indecent assault was granted bail and warned to stay away from the complainant in the case. Parish Land, Christ Church resident Tyreke Dequan Small was not required to plead to the indictable charge of indecently assaulting a female last Friday. There was no objection to his release and Magistrate Manila Renee released Small, who is represented by attorney Rasheed Belgrave, on $5 000 bail. The case will continue in the No. 2 District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on January 8. (JB)
