Veteran defensive end Matt Judon is set for his 49ers debut. Judon signed to the team’s practice squad on September 28 and the 49ers elevated him to the active roster for Sunday’s game against the Broncos. He will revert back after the contest. Judon has 72 career sacks and the 49ers will look for him to help fill the void left by Nick Bosa’s absence on the defensive line. The 49ers also elevated wide receiver Malik Turner as they wait to make a call on Mike Evans’s availability for this week. Evans is dealing with a rib injury. In addition to those moves, the 49ers signed defensive lineman Sebastian Valdez off of the practice squad and waived defensive lineman Viliami Fehoko.
