3 Killed, 5 Injured in More Than 40 Russian Attacks on Dnipropetrovsk Region

Three people were killed and five wounded as Russian forces launched a sweeping barrage across five districts of Dnipropetrovsk region on Thursday, Sept. 17. Nikopol district Russian forces struck Nikopol and the Marhanets, Pokrovske, Chervonohryhorivka and Mozolevske communities. Four men were injured; men aged 28, 41, and 58 were hospitalized in moderate condition, while a 45-year old man received outpatient treatment, according to a statement from Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration. Earlier on Thursday, Russian forces struck a passenger bus in Zaporizhzhia’s Kosmichnyi district with a first-person-view (FPV) drone, injuring five people. The strike followed Wednesday’s attack on a bus carrying passengers in the Nikopol district that killed five and wounded at least seven civilians while they were traveling on an ordinary route. 3 killed in Kamianske district Three people were killed in strikes on the Bozhedarivka, Verkhivtseve, and Piatykhatky communities in Kamianske district, sparking fires.
