India's Asian Games campaign ended on a golden note as the men's hockey team beat Malaysia 5-1 in the final on Saturday, October 3. It was India's 21st gold medal and 85th overall, securing another top-five finish at the quadrennial multi-sport event.India's overall medal tally fell by 21 from the previous edition, while the gold-medal count was down by seven compared to the 2022 Hangzhou Games. India had won 106 medals in Hangzhou, crossing the 100-medal mark for the first time. The Aichi-Nagoya campaign was a mixed bag, with some expected results giving way to disappointments before a strong finish changed the complexion of the campaign. There was, however, plenty of credit in India's late medal rush. As recently as Thursday, India were outside the top 10 in the medal table with just 10 gold medals. But over the final two days, the hockey and cricket teams delivered gold, while India also enjoyed spectacular results in archery, boxing and wrestling. The late surge brought 11 more gold medals and propelled India into the top five, giving the campaign a much-needed lift before the Games drew to a close.FULL LIST OF INDIAN MEDAL WINNERS AT ASIAN GAMESGOLD Team India — Cricket, women's eventKamaljeet, Suruchi Singh — Shooting, mixed team 10m air pistolTeam India — Kabaddi, women's eventTeam India — Kabaddi, men's eventNeeru Dhanda — Shooting, women's trapKiran Pahal, Poovamma MR, Prachi Choudhary, Vithya Ramraj — Athletics, women's 4x400m relayJyothi Surekha Vennam, Prithika Pradeep, Chikitha Taniparthi — Archery, women's compound teamChikitha Taniparthi, Sahil Jadhav — Archery, mixed compound teamKynan Chenai, Neeru Dhanda — Shooting, mixed trapSahil Jadhav, Ganesh Mani Ratnam Thirumuru, Kushal Dalal — Archery, men's compound teamAnkita Bhakat, Kumkum Mohod, Kirti Sharma — Archery, women's team recurveLovlina Borgohain — Boxing, women's 75kgParveen Hooda — Boxing, women's 65kgAnkush Panghal — Boxing, men's 80kgSujeet Kalkal — Wrestling, men's 65kgTeam India — Hockey, women's eventKumkum Mohod — Archery, women's individual recurvePranavi Urs — Golf, women's individualTeam India — Cricket, men's eventAman Sehrawat — Wrestling, men's 57kgTeam India — Hockey, men's eventSILVERElavenil Valarivan, Sonam Maskar, Vidarsa Vinod — Shooting, women's 10m air rifle teamElavenil Valarivan — Shooting, women's 10m air rifleRudrankksh Patil, Parth Mane, Himanshu Dhillon — Shooting, men's 10m air rifle teamHimanshu Dhillon — Shooting, men's 10m air rifleMirabai Chanu — Weightlifting, women's 49kgRoshibina Devi — Wushu, women's 60kg sandaTeam India — Athletics, mixed 4x400m relayAishwary Pratap Singh Tomar, Rudranksh Patil, Niraj Kumar — Shooting, men's 50m rifle 3P teamGulveer Singh — Athletics, men's 10,000mSawan Berwal — Athletics, men's marathonVidarsa Vinod, Ashi Chouksey, Tilottama Sen — Shooting, women's 50m rifle 3P teamTajinderpal Singh Toor — Athletics, shot putAbhay Singh — Squash, men's singlesAnahat Singh — Squash, women's singlesAncy Sojan — Athletics, women's long jumpSarvesh Kushare — Athletics, men's high jumpEsha Singh — Shooting, women's 25m pistolGulveer Singh — Athletics, men's 1500mMurali Sreeshankar — Athletics, men's long jumpYash Vir Singh — Athletics, men's javelin throwNeeru Dhanda, Manisha Keer, Aashima Ahlawat — Shooting, women's trap teamPrince Kurisinkal Noble, Manu Francis — Sailing, men's skiffNitesh Kumar — Wrestling, Greco-Roman 97kgKumkum Mohod, Dhiraj Bommadevara — Archery, mixed team recurveDhiraj Bommadevara, Neeraj Chauhan, Yashdeep Bhoge — Archery, men's teamPranavi Urs, Aditi Ashok, Diksha Dagar — Golf, women's teamAntim Panghal — Wrestling, women's 53kg BRONZERudrankksh Patil — Shooting, men's 10m air rifleSuchika Tariyal — Mixed martial arts, women's traditional -60kgParinaaz Dhaliwal, Raiza Dhillon, Maheshwari Chauhan — Shooting, women's skeet teamAnantjeet Singh Naruka, Bhavtegh Singh Gill, Mairaj Ahmad Khan — Shooting, men's skeet teamJay Meena — Soft tennis, men's singlesTeam India — Badminton, men's teamSatnam Singh, Salman Khan — Rowing, men's double scullsAnantjeet Singh Naruka, Parinaaz Dhaliwal — Shooting, mixed skeet teamSeema Kumari — Athletics, women's 10,000mDiya Chitale, Manush Shah — Table tennis, mixed doublesManpreet Kaur — Athletics, shot putBaranica Elangovan — Athletics, women's pole vaultJoshna Chinappa, Velavan Senthilkumar — Squash, mixed doublesPrachi Choudhary — Athletics, women's 400mHaritha Bhadra — Athletics, women's 200mTejaswin Shankar — Athletics, decathlonParul Chaudhary — Athletics, women's 3000m steeplechasePincky Balhara — Kurash, women's -78kgVithya Ramraj — Athletics, women's 400m hurdlesParul Chaudhary — Athletics, women's 5000mRohit Yadav — Athletics, men's javelin throwNarender Berwal — Boxing, men's +90kgGulveer Singh — Athletics, men's 5000mGurindervir Singh, Sneha SS, Animesh Kujur, Harita Bhadra — Athletics, mixed 4x100m relayPooja Singh — Athletics, women's high jumpDharmveer Choudhary, Manu TS, Jay Kumar, Vishal TK — Athletics, men's 4x400m relayPriya Ghanghas — Boxing, women's 60kgKapil Pokhariya — Boxing, men's 90kgSunil Kumar — Wrestling, Greco-Roman 87kgAnahat Singh, Joshana Chinappa, Tanvi Khanna, Shameena Riaz — Squash, women's teamHarshita Tomar, Shital Verma — Sailing, women's skiffNethra Kumanan — Sailing, women's dinghyTeam India — Sepaktakraw, men's quadrantGanesh Mani Ratnam Thirumuru — Archery, men's compound individualAbhay Singh, Veer Chotrani, Velavan Senthilkumar, Suraj Kumar Chand — Squash, men's teamNeeraj Chauhan — Archery, men's individual recurveDeepak Punia — Wrestling, men's 97kg- Ends
