2026-27 MLB Free Agent Tracker Now Available

One of the functions of our robust MLB Contract Tracker tool is that it serves as the best MLB free agent tracker available on the Internet. The Contract Tracker is one of the many benefits of a Trade Rumors Front Office subscription. If you’re a Trade Rumors Front Office member, first make sure you’re logged in. Then go to the Contract Tracker. To view all the free agents, change Contract Status to Unsigned and hit Search: From there, you can create endless queries. Perhaps you’d like to view all the available center fielders, or all the left-handed starting pitchers, or everyone under the age of 30. Once players start signing, you can change the starting date to 11-1-26 (to limit it to this offseason) and change Contract Status to Free Agent Signing. You can filter further from that point, and you can also click on column headers of the results (such as Amount) if you’d like to sort. For example, here are all the free agents signed by the Brewers last winter, sorted by Amount: With data going back to 2006 and fields you won’t find elsewhere such as age, GM, agency, service time, and qualifying offer status, it’s easy for a hot stove fan to get lost in our MLB Contract Tracker. A Trade Rumors Front Office subscription costs $34.99 per year or $3.99 per month, with a 100% money-back guarantee. We have packed a ton of value into this subscription, and with the looming lockout expected to decimate MLBTR’s traffic in December and beyond, we could use your support. Front Office also includes tools such as our MLB Payroll Tracker, Agency Database, and GM Tracker. It removes ads across all of our websites and in our app, and grants access to exclusive articles and chats from our writers. All that said, we have not forgotten our 21-year roots as a free website. Our classic 2026-27 free agent list post lives here; this shows the remaining free agents at each position and is updated daily. For those who like to look ahead, the 2027-28 free agent list post is ready and will be published later today. View Comments (0)
