2013 terror attack: SIA secures interpol red corner notice against Hizbul terrorist

The Jammu and Kashmir Police's Special Investigation Agency has successfully secured an Interpol Red Corner Notice against Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist Imtiyaz Ahmad Kandoo, a key figure in the 2013 terror attack that claimed four police lives in Baramulla district. This significant step underscores the ongoing efforts to bring justice for the victims and highlights the global cooperation in combating terrorism. Kandoo, who has been active since 2010 and designated as a terrorist in October 2022, now faces potential arrest worldwide, marking a crucial development in the investigation.
