2 suspects charged with OVI: Fairview Park Police Blotter

He was given a mandatory court date and released to a sober person.OVI: Wooster RoadAn officer stopped a car for a traffic violation at 1:51 a.m. on Sept. 5 on Wooster Road near Speidel Avenue.Officers observed signs of impairment and conducted field sobriety tests. They arrested the driver, a 36-year-old South Euclid man, on an OVI charge and took him to the North Olmsted Police Department jail to be held for court.Arrest on a warrant: Lorain RoadFairview Park officers conducted a high-risk traffic stop at 2:08 a.m. on Aug. 31 on Lorain Road near W. 208th Street after a registration check revealed the registered owner was wanted by the North Olmsted Police Department in connection with a domestic incident.The 23-year-old North Olmsted man was detained and turned over to North Olmsted officers, according to a Fairview Park press release.Get police blotters by email every weekday for free with our new Police Blotter newsletter.
