2 nabbed over P6.5-M smuggled cigarettes in waters off Zamboanga City
MANILA, Philippines — Two men were arrested in connection with P6.5-million worth of allegedly smuggled cigarettes confiscated in the waters off Zamboanga City, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said on Friday.
