Its block time tops out at 16 hours and 20 minutes, and this is a new addition to the type's network at Emirates. Indeed, September will see it temporarily replace the Airbus A380 on this route, operating 30 rotations. This is also the frequency that will be seen on its second-longest route. That corridor serves Dallas (DFW), and tops out at 16 hours. These are its oldest passenger jets, with an average age of 18.2 years old, compared to 13 for its 117 777-300ERs, 11.6 for its 117 A380s, and just 0.8 for its 25 A350-900s. The higher-density setup among this pair has space for a grand total of 302 passengers onboard: 38 in business class and 264 in economy class. However, Emirates also has a three-class layout on certain 777-200LRs. While this retains the same 38-seat business class cabin, it only has 214 economy class seats.
