That's especially true in recent weeks, which perhaps reinforce the need for Westerns like Yellowstone to have the space to succeed. After a mere two seasons and a big marketing push, Netflix recently decided to pull the plug on the romance saga Ransom Canyon. Netflix is hoping to have better luck with its adaptation of Little House on the Prairie, which is already renewed for season 2. When Calls the Heart is currently #10 on Prime Video's Top List of TV shows for September 21. That list is topped by the new Reacher spinoff, Neagley, with Reacher just behind at #2. The quick arrival of When Calls the Heart speaks to the fact that subscribers are enjoying Prime Video's bundle with other platforms. But it's also a sign of how the series has developed its reputation since its January 2014 premiere.
