Fourteen Indian business schools, including seven IIMs, have entered the Financial Times MiM 2026 top 100. The showing highlights India's broad presence in the global management rankings, led by IIM Bangalore at 21st. A total of 14 Indian business schools, including 7 Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), have secured places among the world’s top 100 institutions in the Financial Times Masters in Management (MiM) 2026 rankings released on Monday. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai, was ranked 26th, followed by IIM Ahmedabad at 27th. XLRI was placed 33rd, while IIM Calcutta secured the 39th position.The remaining Indian institutions in the top 100 included IIM Kozhikode at 54th, IIM Indore at 62nd, Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, at 67th, and IIM Lucknow at 72nd. NMIMS Mumbai ranked 73rd, while IIM Udaipur was placed 83rd.Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, ranked 86th, followed by International Management Institute (IMI), Delhi, at 90th and T.A. Pai Management Institute in Karnataka at 98th. The Financial Times ranking assesses Masters in Management programmes using 19 criteria, including career progression, salary growth, value for money and international exposure.
